About Community Helpers — Learning Who Helps Us!

Community Helpers introduces toddlers aged 2 to 5 to the wonderful people who help our communities every single day. Children tap on each helper to hear their name, learn what they do, and discover the tools they use. The quiz mode makes learning even more fun by asking kids to match helpers to their roles.

Learning about community helpers builds social awareness, empathy, and an understanding of how our society works together. It also sparks children's imaginations about what they might want to be when they grow up!

Parent Tips — Extend the Learning!

• Point out community helpers you see on walks — "Look, there's a police officer! What do they do?"
• Role-play at home — let your child be the doctor and give you a check-up!
• Read picture books about different community helpers to reinforce vocabulary.
• When visiting the doctor or dentist, explain their role before you go to reduce anxiety.
